At Attire Craft, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner.

Order Processing

  • All online orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festive periods, or high-order volumes, processing and dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • From time to time, Attire Craft may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or order values.

Delivery Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:
    • Courier partner delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays
    • Strikes or transport disruptions
    • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Attire Craft shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
  • Attire Craft will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by:
    • Incorrect/incomplete address
    • Incorrect phone number
    • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

In such cases, re-shipping charges (if any) may be applicable.

Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.
  • If you still accept the package, please record an unboxing video and report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
