Attire Craft – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Attire Craft, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Online Orders (Website Purchases)

Products purchased through our official website are eligible for return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned with the original invoice / order proof

Resolution for Eligible Online Returns

Once the returned item is received and inspected by Attire Craft, we may approve one of the following, at our sole discretion and depending on the nature of the request:

  • Exchange for another size or product (subject to stock availability), or
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or other non-refundable charges (if any) may not be refunded unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us

2. Offline Purchases (Store / Stall / Exhibition / Pop-Up / Direct Sales)

Products purchased through our physical stores, stalls, exhibitions, pop-ups, events, or direct offline sales are:

  • Not eligible for return
  • Not eligible for refund

Exchange Only Policy for Offline Purchases

Offline purchases are eligible for exchange only within 7 days from the date of purchase, including the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Conditions for Offline Exchange

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned with a valid bill / invoice
  • Approved by Attire Craft after inspection
  • Subject to stock availability

Exchange Value Condition

  • The exchanged product value must be equal to or higher than the original purchase value
  • If the exchanged product value is higher, the customer must pay the balance amount
  • If the exchanged product value is lower, the difference amount will not be refunded in cash, bank transfer, store credit, or any other form

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products will not be accepted for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Products that have been used
  • Products that have been washed
  • Products that have been altered
  • Products that are damaged after delivery/purchase
  • Products returned without original tags
  • Products returned without valid invoice / bill / order proof
  • Products returned after the applicable return/exchange window
  • Products purchased under final sale / clearance / non-returnable promotions (if specifically mentioned at the time of purchase)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged, or
  • Defective, or
  • Incorrect / different from what was ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Clear photos / videos of the issue
  • Unboxing proof (if available)

Such requests will be reviewed by Attire Craft, and if approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement / exchange, or
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund to the original payment method

at our sole discretion, depending on stock availability and case review.


5. Return / Exchange Approval

All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to:

  • Verification of purchase
  • Product inspection
  • Compliance with this policy
  • Approval by Attire Craft

Attire Craft reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.


6. Return Shipping (For Online Orders)

For eligible online return or exchange requests:

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to us, or
  • Reverse pickup may be arranged where service is available

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us, return shipping or courier charges may be borne by the customer.


7. Cancellation Policy

Online Orders

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Offline Orders

Offline purchases cannot be cancelled once the sale is completed.
